Description
While at my parent’s house, the family was cleaning the pontoon when I noticed black specks all over the tall grass. I asked my mother to take a closer look at what they were, and she came back with, “They are bugs!”. I came in for a closer look to find out they were Nymphs that came out of the water to transform into Dragonflies. The shoreline had thousands of them at different stages and I spent the rest of the weekend documenting the transformation.
